Rebel Heifer Inc is a nonprofit organization that uses art to raise awareness and inspire action for social causes, with a focus on the rights and wellbeing of women, children, and marginalized groups. Through advocacy, education, and creative expression, we aim to empower communities and support meaningful change for causes that matter.

Rebel Heifer’s mission is to use art to prompt dialogue and build awareness about issues that endanger the lives and wellbeing of vulnerable groups in the United States. This includes access to abortions, improved maternal healthcare, support for migrant children and families, an end to school shootings and child gun deaths, and protecting the rights of women and LGTBQ+ people.

Each Rebel Heifer design and product is connected to one of these causes, and aims to inspire people to be rebels, speak up, and fight for their cause.

Raising awareness about causes through art

In the United States, firearms are now the leading cause of death among American children and teenagers, surpassing car accidents and cancer.

The Athena Collection – featuring the owl associated with the Greek goddess of wisdom, strategy, and justice – is designed to raise awareness about the urgent need for gun reform.
